The business need
SeaJoy needed a place to introduce its tours and collect reservation enquiries with the details the operator needs to follow up. The website had to support both English and Arabic and fit a workflow where the team finalises arrangements personally via WhatsApp.
What we built
We built a tour catalogue, detailed experience pages, and a request flow that captures the selected trip and the customer's contact details. Each request is stored with a reference, and email notifications connect the website to the operator's follow-up process. A separate admin dashboard supports tour content and scheduling.
What the platform delivers
Bilingual experience
English and Arabic pages with right-to-left layouts for Arabic visitors.
Detailed tour catalogue
Group and private tours with imagery, video, prices, inclusions, and meeting information.
Structured requests
Date, time, participants, optional extras, and contact details collected together.
Reference & email notifications
A request reference and email summaries for the operator and customer.
WhatsApp handoff
The operator email includes a link to open a conversation with the customer and continue coordination.
Content & schedule management
A separate dashboard for editing tour content, translations, media, and departure schedules.

A request flow that fits the operator's business.
The website gathers the details. SeaJoy's team handles the final conversation.
